VMK quest help....

i have a question about one of the quest on the game.

it the one to get your dl and i have been told to go many different places but none of them are right

EDIT: oh well first you need to win Diving magic at the Captain's Quest Quarters, Then you need To go to the Autopia Space Track and start the Car Quest. Then once you have that. You go back to Autopia Space Track and drive and pick up a couple gas cans and there you go. Quest spoilers are found in the VMK Players Guide at the top of the page
