I No Watcha Mean It Took Like 20 minutes to load and when it finally did i went into a room and i couldn't see myself move and like 20 seconds later i crashed and it wouldn't let me back on

Well I see that some get on again...I still haven't gotten in just that BSOD....so I can't get on to finish the quest...and I wonder if they will EVER get it fixed.. will they extend the quest time so we can finsih it??? I am still trying to get on??

Getting black screen during load also. Have tried reinstalling Shockwave several times now trying to fix that but it won't go past about half way. please HELP!!
