VMK Pirates Fortress Card Assistance

Hi,

I am not a player of the game, but I did have fun doing the quests at MK while I was there in May. The person I gave them too is having a problem with the Pirates Fortress card. For some reason the code on the back doesn't work. I don't know what the error is, and don't know if they might be doing something wrong. Can someone assist with these questions.

1. Is there some pre-requisite for this card to be used in order for the code to work?
2. Has anyone experieinced a problem with the code on the back of the card not working on the VMK game?
3. I know that the VMK location at MK closed today, but does that mean the codes for the last set of quests, including the Pirates Fortress card, expire today as well?

Is there anything else that someone can think of to assist?

the codes are one use, so its possible it was already enterred.

I would go to vmk.com and send the info into contact us option. They can tell you if its a mistake or it has been used or whatever.

Thanks for the reply.

They had sent a note to VMK and have not received a response. That would be about a week ago. Here is the error that is being reported.

"The code you just typed doesn't match any of our secret codes-please check it and try again."

Any other thoughts to my other questions?

sorry that message is generic and happens when they have been used or if there is a problem with it. My only suggestion is trying to get back on them with another note.

How long are the codes good for? I got the card back near the end of May. They tried to use it a week or so ago. How long to you have with these codes. I thought since they continued to issue out this series of cards that the codes would be good.
