Ugh!! I hardly ever run into problems on VMK but the last couple days...OY!

Conversation in Fantasyland Courtyard...

Girl: Are you taken?
Boy: I don't that! That's not what VMK is for.
Girl: - kicks in we we - (walks away)
Me: I'd report her for that! (leave room quickly)

Why is a girl playing a boy character wrong? Or a boy playing a girl for that matter? Its a game and I see no reason for either to be wrong. I see it happen alot in online games (usually its boys playing girl ones) but really what is wrong or am I not reading this correctly? I have a boy one that I buy the boy only clothes on, extra items and such. Don't see the problem in that. I don't run around talking to people when I play him and if I do its usually to help someone out. But I really don't see the problem.

Girls get boy characters and boys get girl characters as mules so they can get all items, boys and girls. Its better for trading because then you will have more items that appeal to both genders.

VMK these days just don't work out.. In the Sci-Fi Dine-in.. Well oh my gosh, you don't even wanna know.. But I'll tell you anyway

In the Sci-Fi Dine-in lots of girls/boys come in and ask a boy/girl if they're taken. Some people are against taken on VMK so sometimes you should READ THEIR SIGNATURE. Sometimes people just FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT, AND FIGHT there! Sci-Fi Dine-in is also known by its cursed seat that makes you get BANNED!!! It is: Yellow car, front seat, on the right.

In a music game like the monorail or Music Mixing right by main street people might fight. They might fight about ' Stop dancing!! ' or ' Say woot woot. No! I said say woot woot! ' but people won't say it then the people say, ' No, Your music stinks i hat it! '

If you have more places in VMK that are really bad and intense and cause trouble, post it here! tell your stories!

I agree about the Sci-Fi Dine In. I have seen some weird and rude stuff in that room. I tend to avoid it unless I need to go there for a quest.

I don't have trouble in Main St. Music because I always go to an empty room. I usually don't go to Monorail Music because I tend to crash there. Sometimes I turn off all my sound and go there, but when I do I have never had a problem.

I agree about reading signatures too. Mine says "No trades please" and people still beg me to trade. I need to start hitting that Ignore button.

I understand that but it still shouldn't matter really who plays what since the whole taken thing shouldn't really be happening. I think to me people should worry more about the ages of those behind each toon then which sex they are when it comes to the taken thing.

I don't believe they are all new. I'm sure there is a small percentage that might be but for the most part they know what they are doing. The question is how many actually read the rules?

One of my friends [who is off my friends list now because they disobeyed what I told them] asked me if I wanted to be his bay be's mummy if he got a bay be. I said "No, that's against the values. You would have known that if you read the rules" He answered back "Sorry, I didn't read the rules" I told him "You can get banned for that you know" He's like "I'm sorry. I won't do it" [Of course his responces didn't have as proper spelling as I put it] but a few days later I checked his sig, it said: "i have a bay be and i glove the mummy of him" I then deleted him off my list afterwards.

Good for you for reminding the person about the rules and that he should have read them. I have told a few people over time that they should go read the rules when they were breaking one. The ones I told that to obviously didn't read them and were a bit newer to the game so they had stopped what it was at that moment and hopefully they did for good. After seeing the above, VMK REALLY needs to have some sort of questionaire type thing or something before you can even create a charater to make sure rules were read and you understand what you will get banned for..as well as the things you can do to have fun in game.

I wish there was someway to protest about all this on vmk... i hope they don't shut it down because of the idiots who don't seem to listen.

lol Monty Python... that's good anyways, people need to treat vmk as a kids game not a "story about their lives in a year thing". vmk is meant to make you feel like a kid again, not to have virtual families and pregnancies, that is so totally gross! People of vmk need to stop taken and baby and start making vmk a happier more kid friendly place... the only real place that you can be a kid forever and never have to grow up. so why ruin this kid forever place with virtual babies and responsibilities!

Yeah I was on my normal account and this boy asked to be my friend. He looked like a nice dude so I accepted. Then he kept on sending me messages like "Hey bay be" and "lets get busy". I told him not to talk to me like that or I would report him. He didn't want to be my friend now and went to the next unsuspecting girl. She said it to everyone: " How would we get busy if you're banned from VMK?" It was a VMK staff member undercover.
