ENTRY: You may enter this Sweepstakes only via the Internet as a registered guest ("Member") of vmk.com ("Web site"), beginning at 12:01:00 A.M., November 17, 2005, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., December 22, 2005 (the "Term"). For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times and days are Pacific Time. In order to gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, you should ask your friends to register at vmk.com and to use your VMK Character name as the referral to the Sweepstakes. For every three (3) valid referrals (new friends that sign-up to play VMK) using your VMK Character name, you will gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you have six (6) valid referrals, you will gain two (2) entries in the Sweepstakes, and so on. VMK Characters are subject to verification by Sponsor. If a VMK Character is found to be invalid for any reason, that referral will be invalid, and that Sweepstakes entry will be revoked. If you are not a Member, you may easily register for free to become a Member through the link on the site: "Enter Game?" by filling out the simple Registration Form and when requested entering your VMK friends' Character Name. Entrants under the age of the 13 will be asked for their parent's email address during registration. An email will be sent to the parent notifying them their child has registered and entered the Sweepstakes. If the parent objects to his/her child's registration and Sweepstakes entry, she/he must click on a link provided in the e-mail to delete his/her child's registration and Sweepstakes entry. If a child under the age of 18 is chosen as a winner, his/her parent will be responsible for all aspects of acceptance of the prize. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address ("Address").
WINNERS: Potential winners will be announced in the game each day and also will be notified by e-mail for address verification. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner's failure to respond to notification within ten (10) days after its mailing/transmission; [2] the return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any other notice or a prize as undeliverable; [4] potential winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with the winning entry; [5] any other non-compliance with Rules. All taxes are solely the responsibility of each winner.

Random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor each business day between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., as described in Paragraph 4, resulting in one (1) winner per day and twenty (20) total winners. You must be logged into the game at the time of the random drawings in order to be chosen as a potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, and the total number of eligible entrants logged into the game at the time of each drawing.
