VMK Credit Bug?

I have a friend who has lost a big chunk of credits and doesn't know how. Is there anyone else who's experienced this is the last few days? She has sent something through contact us, which should take afew days for a reply correct?
I don't know about today yet, but I know after they temporarily shut down I had that bug where once you sign off your character stays in the game

Not aware of any bug like this. How much of a chunk we talking? 75,000? 10,000? anything else missing? is there anything extra?

My three thoughts are all in different geographic areas of the ballpark.

1. It has happened that you think you are purchasing Item A but instead purchase Item B - Check your inventory to see if you have items you thought you bought or extra Mgic or furniture you did not think you bought. Several of us got hit by this buying bulk amount of a 1000 credit item by accident

2. There is that ugly comment Yavn made about the quest...75,000? do they have the other quest items?

3. Does anyone have access to their login info - do they use a public or friends computer? Do they own a quest machine that would allow easy tranfer (now very possible without) Also if they have a quest machine if credits were loaded but not transfered they deduct from your total at the time you load it - check your machine. If others have access to info change your info immediately.

Thats my thoughts.
