Me, 29, certified WDW lover
DH, 31, has been to MK but none of the other parks
All out trip to celebrate our first anniversary
Wednesday 11/7/01
I went to work while DH stayed home, packed the car, and fretted. Everything was done and we had everything we needed, because of my obsessive planning, but he needed to determine that for himself. When I got home at 4, we headed over to his mothers house, to give her our itinerary and say goodbye. Finally, we went to my fathers house, where my sister and her boyfriend were waiting to drive us to JFK. Things went smoothly, and we arrived at the Ramada Crowne Plaza on JFK property approximately an hour and a half later. It was a little strange there a flight to Bangladesh had been cancelled a day earlier and the passengers were sent to the Ramada to await a new one. 400 people waiting to go to Bangladesh they had even set up one of the ballrooms for them to mill about in. We had booked the room through Priceline, for $45, and had absolutely no trouble checking in, but the room itself was a horrible little box and the prices for food in the hotel were through the roof. I am not lying when I tell you that a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza was $8 downstairs at the bar. The hotel itself was extremely convenient, but I would be in no hurry to stay here again.
