I just found out that a Costco close to me will be hosting a Vitamix Demo show next month. I have been wanting one forever, and happen to have a Costco membership so I'm very interested. Does anyone know what the price points are at the demo show?

I saw them recently at the Costco I frequent. I'm pretty sure the price was $399. I don't know what was included in the package though. I would love to have one, but so far our blender continues to make good smoothies. I'm waiting for it to die so I can get a Vitamix! ;)

Not sure about the Costco demos, but at the State Fair I purchased one for $449 plus tax. It came with the large carafe, 32 oz dry carafe, cutting sheets, & 2 spatulas. I wanted the dry carafe & the cheapest I've seen it was $99, so this set was a good deal.

If you want just the mixer without the extra caraff & stuff, you might look at HSN or QVC (can't remember which one carries Vitamix) and also Bed Bath & Beyond with one of the 20% coupons.

It is acutally on QVC tooday! It is a "hot pick".... if the price/package is the same it might be better at qvc because of easy pay option.

Even if prices are about the same I often go to QVC because of easy pay!

I am hearing lots of good things about vitamix!

Am I the only one who thinks of I love Lucy when reading the title of this tread? Anyway they come to our Costco probably every 2 months or so. I have no idea what they cost.

Interesting, I looked into it and I can't figure out what model the Creations II is. I'm thinking it's an older model repackaged to clear out? I would rather have the 5200, I think I will wait to see what they have at the Demo.

Vitameatavegamin!!! LOL!!

I haven't seen the Demo at my Costco, but I've only had a membership for about six months and I only go every couple months...
