Does anyone take supplements to help w/ weight loss, increased metabolism? I read the GNC magazine and there are always articles about thes types of supplements. Wondered if they work?
I ordered Glucose Tolerance Factor Chromium, and take a multi-vitamin daily. I've found they help my energy level stay up, and therefore I'm more active. I figure that has to be helpful - the less time sitting on the couch the better, right?
