Vitamins/supplements...do you take anything?

I was curious about this, especially for the runners (I'm a runner). I take Women's One a Day but I've recently started taking Glucosamine/Condroitin w/MSM. I don't know if it's the suplement or not but my joints feel happier.
 
I'm sure I should be taking lots of things, including a multi-vitamin, but the only thing I take is vitamin d. Yup, I live in the Pacific Northwest!
 
I'm a run/walker. Nothing impressive, about 20 miles a week. I have a knee issue, so I have taken 1tsp. Glutamine after every run or workout for the last few years, and it does wonders for muscle soreness.

I also added a B-complex to my daily vitamins, and I cannot believe how much better I feel daily. I am a skeptic when it comes to supplements, but a separate B-complex really does work. More energy, better mood, just all around feel better. I can tell early in the day when I forgot my B vitamin. My wife feels the same way.

Other than those two specific items, I take a multi, and a separate E vitamin.
 
I take a multi Vitamin, and Glucosamine/Condroitin w/ MSM. I found the Glucosamine by itself doesn't seem to be as effective for me. I also take Fish Oil for my cholestorol.
 

I have taken a multivitamin and calcium w/ vitamin D for many years. When I started running 18 months ago, I started on Glucosamine Condroitin to help my joints. During the winter I add Vitamin C to help prevent colds.
