Seriously... do Flinstone vitamins count as a multivitamin? I LOVE them and for some reason they are the only one's I will take. I am on Atkins and need a multivitamin each day. Do they count?

Well, have you been trying to drive the car by sticking your bare feet through the floor? Or have you been seen running around yelling YABBA DABBA DOO?

I think they are ok! ;) I just got some vitamins the other day. They are manufactured by KAL and they are a natural vitamin. Cost 19.95 for a bottle of 60 (DH was not happy with that price) but he supports my decision to go natural if that's what makes me happy! ;) I'll tell you what - I feel GREAT! I was feeling really sluggish for the last week, so I figured my iron was probably low and the vitamins couldn't hurt. Yesterday I didn't get any hunger pangs between meals and I felt full of energy. I think I was getting hungry between meals prior to the vitamin because my body was hungry for nutrients! :)

Good luck and enjoy them!!! Just don't go to the store looking for a brontosaurous burger... ;)

Check the label first for hidden carbs like corn starch and sugar. Otherwise they are probably as good as any multiple vitamin.
