Hiya,
It's been suggested to me that I might want to try taking vitamin B12 as an energy booster, which I sorely need.
In researching this vitamin an interesting bit of information surfaced, that the pill form of the vitamin is sort of a waste of time to take, as the body won't process most of it, and it ends up being flushed. ...as an alternative to the pill form. I can't stand cherry flavored anything, but if any of you have ever taken a vitamin B pill of any kind, you probably know that anything will taste better than that!
So! If anyone's taken this (type of thing) and has a "review" of it for me, I would be very grateful! The other alternative is injections, and I don't want to do that!!
