Vistana Village question

HI!, I will be arriving for a 13 day stay at Vistana Village, my question is , where & what floor room should I request, near the pool , but close to the action!, this is my first time there, and I hope somebody can help me.... Thanks Frank

I believe the buildings closest to the pool are generally reserved for owners. Anything they give you is a short walk to the pool, but the furthest building is #10. Ask for the top floor (I think it's the 5th floor), but don't be surprised if you don't get it. You can always try again at check-in.

Kalamazoo, Thank you for your reply, but why the 5th flr?, Isn`t it better to have a room on the ground floor with balcony access to the pool? Thanks Frank

None of the buildings are directly out to the pool. You have to walk along a little walkway and go thru a gate. 5th floor has the best view. 1,2 and 3rd buildings are for owners, but we have stayed three times in these buildings. They are the closest to the pool, but most of the buildings are just a short walk.

Moochie - the reason for requesting the top floor (5th) is that you would not risk having anyone noisy above you. We stayed on the 3rd floor (still great view) and our neighbors above walked like elephants and let their kids jump off the bed repeatedly one night for about 1/2 hour around midnight, until I called them.

Also meant to mention, there is no direct access off the balcony on the first floor. All balconies are totally screened in, so even on the ground floor you need to walk out the front door of the villa to get out.

We stayed at Vistana Villages last November in 6205 I believe. We loved it because we were near the waterfall in the lake there and and the sound of it was wonderful! I think any location would be great here though. We couldn't have been more pleased with this place!
