I did a search on "Vistana" and got some very good info on the different sections that people preferred, but some of the threads were pretty old so I though I'd ask for people opinions.
We are staying at the Resort (our first time off property) in early March and are filling out our Diamondlane info and want to request a room location. We have a 2 bedroom. Our 12-13 year old boys will want to be in the pools almost all the time we are on property. We like lounging around the pool and reading/drinking while they swim.
(Off topic-can we bring a small cooler to the pool with drinks or do we have to purchase from the bar?)
I see that people report the newer units are smaller than the old ones. Larger is better of course, but being used to having all 4 of us in 1 room onsite I don't think size will be a big issue for us.
We would really be dissapointed if the room was kind of ratty looking, but it doesn't sound like that will be an issue. If anyone has had a bad experience that would be helpful to know.
Any suggestions as to which section(s) you think would work best for us would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
