Vistana Resort Quest.

Hi!
I'am new on the board. We're from Germany and plan to stay at the Vistana Resort or Vistana Village in late September. I read about that Timeshare sales and wonder if I HAVE to do the tour when staying at their Resort or I can just say I'am not interested.
Please let me know

Unless you specifically purchased a package with the requirement to take the timeshare tour, you do not have to do it.
We're staying there in October and I booked through hotelkingdom.com and there are no strings attached. If we want to take the tour when we're there, we can, but we're not obligated to.

My husband and I have been owners at Vistana for 4 years and we really love it, but, having said that... The sales presentation is long and strong! I'd pass if you aren't obligated by your vacation package. By the way, we prefer the resort to the villages. Although the villages are newer, there are fewer pools and retaurants available there. Although your parking pass enables you to use both facilities regardless of where your staying, the resort is easier because you can walk to the various activities rather than get in the car and drive to 2 miles each time. Have fun!
