Vistana Resort Info Please

Have almost decided on Vistana Resort for our vacation. Does anyone know about their transport system please. My parents are staying there for a few days after we leave and cannot drive. They would like to visit Sea World and Universal as well as Disney parks. Is there a shuttle (would gladly pay if need to) either provided by Sheraton, or really any form of public transport. Also if they had to use a cab for this roughly how much would it cost for Sea World/Universal from here

Helen, we were at the Vistana Resort last year with my in-laws and yes, there was a shuttle to the parks (Disney for sure) that they used. I think the cost was $10 each and they met the driver at a specific time for the return trip. They had no problems. Not sure about the cab cost.
