Vistana - Lakes, Fountains or Cascade?

Has anyone stayed in the Lakes or Fountain sections of Vistana Resort? If so, how many pools are in that area? Is there any kiddie pools in that area? All I've been reading about is the Cascades section, which we were able to tour last year. We later became owners of Vistana and bought in the Fountains II section. Our confirmation letter states that we will be placed in a unit in the Lakes section, which I believe is a little newer than the Fountains. I hear that I can request the Cascades, but if the Lakes & Fountains II section are decent, there won't be a need to change. In July we will have a party of 8 (4 adults/4 kids) and from what I've been hearing, some of the older sections are larger than the Cascades. Any opinions or recommendations? Thanks!

I did a search on this web site to find out info on Vistana. If you do the same you will find tons of reviews about the cascades section as well as the other buildings. The only section I couldn't find anything about was the Spas section. It seems to be that everyone loves the Cascades buildings because they are the newest. If you happen across any info on the Spas section let me know. I looked at the map Vistana has on their web site and it looks like a good area because of the mini golf and 2 relatively close pools. I think that the Spas section has a very large pool. Good luck in your endevor.

the lakes units are very nice. very similar to the cascades section. there are two pools in the vicinity of the lakes. if you go to the vistana website you will find a map of the entire resort.
