Vistana Diamond Lane Checkin Question

Hi,
We are staying at The Vistana Resorts through an RCI exchange from Sunday 12/09 through Saturday 12/15. I followed the link here for the Diamond Lane checkin and couldn't login. Is the Diamond Lane Checkin only for Owners at Vistana?

Should I call in my request? I would like to be in one of the newer units or at the very least ( from what I read here) in the Fountains section. Thank you for any information.

You need to put in your reservation number or your Exchange Company account number.

You might also ask for floor placement, too (we usually request a high floor, top floor if possible to improve the view and cut down on noise at most resorts). Also order the parts of your request as to what is most important to you. That way they can try to meet your needs as best they can.

Hi Martha !
If you get the Fountains, push for Fountains II. In fact, just specifically request Fountains II. Also, if a water view is important to you, make that known. Certain Fountain II units do not have any water view (fortunately it's only a small section).
I also like the top floor of the Fountains (if stairs are not a problem). The 3rd floor has a vaulted living room ceiling with a skylight. But the Fountains have no elevators so keep this in mind.
