Vistana Auction ??

I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else. I won an auction late Wed Afternoon and immediately put in my request for Vistana. It is now Friday nite and no reply from them. I emailed them yesterday and talked to them this morning and they say they are working it???

I had won other auctions and they always got back to me no later then the next day. Has this long period of time happened to anyone else.????

But I did notice that they again posted the same auction and the date I want is still available at the start of that posting?.

Vistana is branching out - they not only use RCI (skyauction) but also II (Interval International) - you might have gotten a date that they had when the auction started but not when it ended.

they are probably calling RCI members and seeing if they can get one of them to change for you.

or trying to get more rooms availability for your time - they are working on rehab the resorts - some of the rooms they have taken out for the rehab they might consider putting back in if the demand is great enough.

also they are using expedia.

the other audition was probably started before you won yours.

If skyauction can't find you the room you wanted - they will refund your money.
