Vista Spa/Tipping?

We've never done the spa thing in the past. This time we want to spoil MIL...she deserves it. How much do you tip?

Standard is 20% for "hands on" services such as facials, massage, etc., 10-15% for services such as the Surial bath where they just get you "set up" then leave, not really doing any treatment.
