Hello

We ordered our invitations from vistaprint and PAID for them on full price - not on any special offer ... and the Vistaprint logo is on the back of them?

Now I thought that if you got free items from Vistaprint on their promotions - business cards, postcards ect then they put their logo on them- which is understandable as the product is free and of course they will want some advertising.

I thought that as I had paid for the invites that they wouldnt print their logo on the back of them? Its not a big problem, but in the UK, vistaprint is quite well known for their FREE products and I dont want our invites to go out to guests and them to think that they were free when actually we paid for them? I think it makes the cards look like they are cheap and like they are from a promotion!

I know if you pay for business cards (and dont use the free business card promotion) then you do get their logo on the back of them..

I dont know if im being too touchy about this but the card looks really nice ...we got the linen finish to make the invites look rustic and the card looks all disneyfied... then you turn it around and it has vistaprint on the back! It kinda ruins it!?

Has anyone paid for thier invites / cards from them and had the logo printed off the back?

I don't know whether the Oz Vista Print is different to the UK, but I think here you actually have to specify that you want whatever you're purchasing to not have the logo... :confused3

Have you checked the small print Stace?

I totally understand though and wouldn't be happy either.

Hmm... that is very odd. I have had about 5 orders through them (for wedding items), all of which were free items, and the only thing that had vistaprint on them were the small postcards (had the back side printed in greyscale - thats where it is located) and also the totes (which they gave me the option of removing for around $2)

So I find it weird that since you paid full price they would still have their logo on it. I would suggest calling them and finding out why it is on their and explain you paid full price.

I have never had to deal with customer service, but have always been happy with the items I have received.

The small postcards with vistaprint in greyscale did annoy me, cause they are my response cards and have the vistaprint.com logo on the bottom right corner of where my guests are to fill in.

Hope it will work out for you!

Possibly a quick fix, since you said the logo is on the backside.

I am not sure if it will work with your invites, but could you possibly put a solid color cardstock attached to the back? I have seen some DIY invites that have this and they look very nice.

Not sure if UK is the same as the one here, but you have to specifically request them not put their logo on, and there is a charge for it too.

There was no option to select that they dont put it on the card... i have emailed them explaining that i am a little bit upset as they are wedding invites and i have ordered through them before and they havent had the logo on them.

Wayne suggested covering it up with some card or something but because we got the 'linen finish' card it will stand out...

hmm i just hope they email me back soon and let me know what the deal is with them.

thanks for the help! x

hi hun

could you stick something on it a disney related sticker or some thing

i know what you mean though vista print is seemed to be thought of the cheaper choice and i wouldnt want it on mine is it the website address and every thing as well?

I got my save the dates from Vista Print UK- and they dont have the logo on. I can't remember if I paid more, bu their logo is on the inside of the envelopes - but I knew this when I bought them and wasnt too bothered?

a simple disney sticker (black silhouette) or one of those big mickey punches (whichever color compliments).

Like this but a mickey head.
