Vista Print Discount Codes or Similiar Sites?

Does anyone know if there is any rhyme or reason to Vista Print's discount codes? I'm wanting to order my daughters birthday invitations, but right now the best I can find is 20% off. I have a little time to spare to order and just wondered if anyone knows how they release codes or is it just luck?

Is there any other sites similar I should consider? I bought the image from Etsy and I just need to upload and print to a cardstock type material. I'm not crazy; I know these end up in everyone's trash, so price is key I do prefer not to do photo prints if I can help it. Thanks!
