Vista Cay vs Windsor Hills

We are looking at both places for condos in October. Vista Cay's condos look a lot nicer in the pictures. But I don't know the proximity to WDW. I think Windsor Hills are pretty close.

Anyone stayed at Vista Cay?

On this map WH is #1 and is close to the Animal Kingdom side of Disney. You can be to AK or DHS parking lots in less than 7 minutes.
Vista Cay is #123 and is closer to Universal and Seaworld than Disney. Pink markers are Disney.
