visitor parking at HRH

My sister will be staying in Orlando at another hotel at the same time we are staying that the HRH - can she drive over and visit us by paying the six dollar parking fee? Thanks

I just stayed at the RPR this past week. One day, coming back from an offsite event , I parked at HRH because it would be a quicker walk to the park. I just drove into the HRH lot and waved at the attendant. She let me in and I parked. My RPR parking card was not in plain sight, so she had no idea that I was an RPR guest. I was not asked to pay anything to park at the HRH.

If you are in the left lane, which is next to the guard shack, and you attempt to pull out any white card that looks like a room key, and put it in the machine, the guard will say, "I got you." and make the gate go up.

Your friend up above was probably in the left lane, waved at the guard, and was allowed in, the guard thinking she was already checked into the hotel. Same on the exit. If you attempt to put a white card into the machine, the guard will say, "I got you." and let you pass.

I don't think many try to cheat the system, so the guards are fairly relaxed about checking everyone.
