Visiting wedding pavillion

Hello everyone!!

I was wondering if you are able to go to the wedding pavillion even if you are not getting married there?

We are going to Disney for our honeymoon and would love to go there and take pictures with my husband!!!

Absolutely! As long as there isn't an event going on, they usually leave it open for people to take a look around. They post the times of the weddings or rehearsals for the day by the bridge so you'll know when stuff is going on. You should be able to get some adorable honeymoon pictures!

And if you do happen upon a wedding or vow renewal in progress - you will be politely turned away.

It happened to us - we had just finished our vow renewal and as we were walking down the aisle we looked up (the doors were open) and standing there were like 4 or 5 people we didn't know. Our planner said to them they were welcome to look around but AFTER we were done and she nicely walked them out and then closed the doors (since we were going to take pictures anyway).

It is a beautiful place!

I also wanted to know this because we are getting married there in October but I thought it would be nice in a few years time to return to the scene of the crime

That's how I finally decided on having our ceremony at the Pavilion. I was conflicted between a few of the locations, but once my mom and I walked in, I was sold. It is so beautiful (and smells nice too!) It also helped to look around ahead of time so we could get an idea of where our "must have" pictures were going to be. Go and visit, I hope you love it!
