Is visiting the park on Thanksgiving a big mistake or do you think it is a nice alternative to the boring family dinners? You think it will be crowded or not? Thanks guys I need to make the decision quick :)

I think it would be fun - wonderful alternative & dont forget to get the smoked turkey legs from the stands for lunch or dinner! ;)

Thanks so much! That is what I have been thinking this year we went 2 times to WDW this time I think U/o would be a good break! I had my first turkey leg at Disney in the friontier section on our last trip in Feb are the universal legs better?

We went to Universal and IoA on Thanksgiving day this year. It was not crowded at all. In fact, it was fairly empty which surprised me.

Now the Friday after Thanksgiving was very busy as was the whole Thanksgiving weekend. But Thanksgiving day should be fine.

Oh that is great to know! Thanks so much :) Now I have to decide what tickets to buy :)

My husband has had the turkey legs at both MK and Universal. He said neither was better than the other. He thought they tasted the same both places.

AWESOME!!!!! Those turkey legs are sooo good. I wonder how fattening they are...I am afraid to look LOL.
