visiting other on site hotels

silly question really but i'm hoping that you will beable to answer it for me. ive been to dlp 3 times now and as there are 5 of us we have stayed in santa fe. Each day we walk past all the other hotels and although we want to go into the hotel, we are worried that we might not be allowed to have a look around them, i gather from reading in here taht u are allowed to go in then? I would love to look inside the disneyland hotel, but have never noticed the entrance lol can anyone tell me where it is. i love the theming of disney and would so like to have a look. also when we ate in walts we ate in the pirate part, since reading the book from sketch to reality, i want to go back in there and have a good look around. i was wondering if we may be able to have a good look when the restaurant is closed as they always have someone around to make reservations, what do u think, would it be inappropriate to ask.

You can have a look in any of the hotels. I think the entrance to the DLH is to the right of the entrance to the park. There is a small revolving door if I can remember correctly.

Not sure about Walts but you can go into any of the hotels - the entrance to Disneyland hotel is to the right - if you read the DLH thread someone posted a plan/photo and pointed out where it is

Hey we did this at DLH, and it was ace. The foyer is on the right hand site (like, way over to ther right) as you stand looking at the hotel before walking into the park. Go at 16:00 each day and some characters will come down the stairs singing and doing a meet and greet! It's a great and bustle free way of getting some pics/autographs.

The shop at DLH is pretty good, and nice and quiet!!

Feel free to go in any of the hotels. No one will know you aren;t menat to be there!

Hi torsie,
ive just added a ticker so i now know i'm going in 4 monthes and 1 day whoop whoop. We are leaving here in wsm on the 11th and catching the euro on the 12-17th oooh lucky u dlh awesome!! Was trying to get DH to take me on a sneak trip for my 40th at the end of november, but we really cant afford to go just for a night. such a shame as i would love to go and see all the christmas things especially the snow falling, lol u never know we might get a little sprinkling in jan
