We are planning our first visit "home" We have gone to WDW numerous times over the years but never the week of Labor Day. I don't mind the heat, as living in Wisconsin- we savor every moment of warmth :sunny: Anyone with any feedback of crowds? We would probably arrive on Sunday Sept 4th to the following weekend. Just DH & I, so just hanging out at OKW would be fine with us for several days. :cloud9:

If you don't mind the heat and humidity, you will be fine. Crowds are very low, but the heat is stifling (and I am from the South, where it is often very hot in the spring/summer).

We have gone Labor Day Weekend a few times in the past. The crowds are usally low but it is hot!! If you don't mind the heat, it is a great time to go.

We have gone Labor Day several times, and while the crowds are light enough, the weather is oppressive and can include LOTS of rain!

Have gone the last two years Labor Day weekend( DH and I); unfortunately last year we there only 24 hrs. We left before the hurricaine hit. Just as precautionary, make sure you have a car; if we didn't have a car last year, we would have been stranded. We drove to Atlanta (12 hours that usually would take 6 hours) and took a flight back home.
Even after going thru that, we plan on going again this Labor Day holiday.

IMHO, a GREAT time to go!!
low crowds, still lots of warmth & sunshine (i love heat tho :sunny: we went in oct ONCE & woke up to 30 degree weather :cold: , never again)
