Hey guys! I'm going to be coming down to Disney in about a month, just as a guest. I'll be staying at a hotel at Disney, so I was looking at the price for admission tickets into the park. It's been a really long time since I was at Disney ( I think I was nine the last time I went) so, I'm having a hard time getting the tickets figured out. If I get a general admissions ticket, without selecting park hopper, does that mean I can only go to one park? I'd like to visit a few parks but not if I have to buy a ticket for each park. I saw package deals but they started at 3 days...is it cheaper to buy tickets individually or as a set?
The magic your way tickets are confusing too. I pulled this off of Disney's site:
Magic Your Way Base Tickets give each member of your travel party entry to one Theme Park a day each day of your ticket. And now the longer you play the less you pay per day! The average price per day for a 7-day Magic Your Way Base Ticket is less than half the price of the same single-day ticket. It's like saving over 50%!

* 1-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 2-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 3-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 4-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 5-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 6-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 7-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 8-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 9-Day Magic Your Way Ticket
* 10-Day Magic Your Way Ticket

Does that mean I can buy a 2-day magic ticket for two days in each park or does that mean I get 2 days in a park?

For each day of your ticket, you can select one park. If you buy a two day magic ticket, the first day you could go to Magic Kingdom and the second Animal Kingdom. The ticket is good for two days, one park of your choice for each day.

you can buy a two day magic ticket for two days for whichever two parks you desire: day one magic kingdom, day two aminal kingdom. unless you want a park hopper ticket for two days. with this ticket you're not restricted to visit just one park a day, you can go to all four theme parks (plus water parks if you get the water park option). so to answer your question, yes, one general addmission day ticket is just for one park. unless you get a park hopper, then you can go to all the four theme parks.

If I buy a park hopper ticket...is that an add on to a general admissions ticket or is that a ticket in itself? I saw a three day package that was 40.00 a day and then I could add a Park Hopper for 16 a day. I wasn't sure if it was an add on b/c of the package deal or if the park hopper just wasn't a standalone ticket.
