hi, can anyone offer me any advise please, one of our party has a juvenile record for gratify, he his now an adult and has no other record, will he need to get a visa for this offence?

Hi,
I cant really help answer if he needs a visa. Have you gone through the ESTA questions and read the information in detail to see what they say?
I know its no point ringing them for advice as they usually just say to get a visa.

I do however know that you need at least 7 months to get one-that's the minimum if youre lucky.
I know many have chanced it and then had to cancel, so its always best to get the visa and then book.
