Please note...
I had hoped to pay cash (okay check) for my Visa Package, after the initial $200 on the visa card...NO GO...
THE ENTIRE PACKAGE MUST BE PAID WITH THE VISA.....I have been in contact with CRO, and a TA..you can make monthly payments..as long as its paid in full prior to the 45 days out...which is what I'm going to end up doing...
