VISA needed?

Hi!!

My mom told me that when she went to Paris in 19XX she had to ask for a VISA or something to get into France. Is this still needed?

Hello,

It really depends on where you are coming from. I would suggest that
one simply call either their country's ambassy or the French Embassy. That's what I did.

I tried to called today to the embassy here in Puerto Rico but no one answered. I'm a US Citizen, can you help me please!!

If you are a US citizen you do not need a visa for a short visit in France. I am French but my kids travel with US passports only and do not need anything else to enter France.
