Visa GC or points offer for DVC or AP?

Are there any Disney Visa offers that include gift cards or free points for DVC members or AP holders at this time? If I knew I could get a $100 gift card when applying for a Visa as an AP holder after I got an AP, it would make that AP purchase decision a little easier.
