I know I have read some things on here about this! Sorry if this has already been answered. How busy is this? I know the hours are in the morning & I really did not want to worry about doing it right away! Any advice on a good time to go or other general advice? THANKS so much!!

The only advice if you will is to remember that the free picture coupon is officially good for the meet and greet only. You may find many CMs who don't enforce that, but if they do, they're only enforcing the official policy stated on the coupon itself.

In other words, hope and try for any free photo, but prepare for the meet and greet photo only. I've been able to use it for another character, but I know of many people who haven't been.

Do I really have to be there right when it opens? Is it really that busy?

No, it is generally not that busy. They do change characters every half hour. Last time, Chip and Dale the first and last half hours, and Pluto in the middle.
The first time we went (June 08) the voucher said free character 5x7. We could have used it on any character photos, but it had to be used within 24 hours.
The last time we went, July 6,'08, the voucher had a expiration date of Dec. 2009 and was good for any 5x7. Just make sure you read the voucher carefully.
Also, my husband and I both have cards and we both showed them, so we got two vouchers each time.

We generally go right before they are closing it (around 11:15). There has never been any kind of a line when we have gone. I have never tried to purchase any other photo than the one taken during the special Meet & Greet, so I can't chime in there.
