Virtual Races

I've noticed a lot of people hosting virtual races. . . I'm thinking about doing one in a cat theme and wanted to know particularly about getting medals for the race... I suspect this will be a great way to get people to participate (and more importantly donate) to the charity...

From what I've read, virtual race success is about a good presentation, explaining exactly what amount goes to the charity and the bling. The bling is what will make your event in many peoples minds. On facebook search for virtual runs for a pretty decent page to do some research.
