Yes you can switch your park reservation at any time as long as there are reservations available for Epcot and HS. Well that will not work as you already know. I think the MK is now out of Park reservations for APs but check a few minutes before 7 AM tomorrow. Even it it shows MK as available you are right to be concerned that in the 3 minutes or so you switch to Epcot and try for the VQ, MK could be out again.
That's an option or you could just try for a VQ for Guardians at 1 PM. You just need to enter Epcot before 1 PM. Please note you don't have to stay in Epcot for the 1 PM VQ.
Nope you can have a MK reservation and purchase a LLSP for GotG at Epcot without any issues. You are allowed to purchase up to 2 LLSP attractions per day and it can be any combination of parks.
LLSPs for Guardians tomorrow are currently sold out, as are Rise, SDMT, Tron and AFoP. Guardians is also sold out for Saturday, Tron for Saturday and Sunday.
Yes this is expected to be a very busy weekend but GotG often has a few drops overnight and just before and right after 7 AM. It is always worth checking between 6:42 - 6:52 AM.
