Steve Jobs, the single largest shareholder of Disney Stock, passed away at age 56. He was truely a visionary for our time and he will be greatly missed. Side note :At least we can still go see his likeness in Spaceship Earth, working in his garage! (OK, so maybe Disney won't go on the record with that one, but that's what I think)

WDW announced this week that annual passholders can save up to 40% on select disney resorts. Discount valid for stays most nights 1/2/12 - 3/8/12. They will be having a special Halloween version of Mickey's Backyard BBQ on Halloween night. It's the same buffet, but the characters will be in Halloween costumes and there will be a dance party and trick treating. It's $50 for adults and $30 for children 3-9.

In an attempt to encourage its guests to see more of the WDW property, Disney this past Saturday night established detours that brought guests leaving the MK all the way down World Drive to 192, then all the way back up World Drive to the MK parking plaza before diverting them past Fort Wilderness and POR before allowing them to get back to their Epcot Area Resorts. :car:
