does anyone know what I need to do it is not letting me log on. I get the home page sign in. Then I put in my email and password and it takes me to another page it just says username and password submit query.

It took us 5 hours to figure out that our user name was our real name (first) not our character name.......see if that helps and then you can stand all by yourself too!
