Virtual Bank

I came across a referral offer for Virtual Bank which is very similar to the offer from ING (except you need to deposit $100). I'm wondering if any of you have any experience with Virtual Bank.

Well I think I'm going to try this out. It looks like you get $20 for signing through a referral and then you can send out 30 referrals at $20 each. The only catch is the intial deposit has to be $100 or more. THe rates look a little better than ING at at 2.15%
