Virgin Universal voucher, ticket exchange

Hi,
Can anyone let me know how and how early you can exchange the Universal ticket vouchers from Virgin please?
I'm planning on a one night stay at HRH to take advantage of the early hours/FOL but unsure how the ticket exchange would fit into these plans.

The ticket windows were open before 7:30am when we stayed onsite a couple of weeks ago
