Virgin ticket questions

Hi, I have a couple of quick Virgin Florida ticket questions.

We are off for a fortnight’s staying at the Polynesian with Virgin in a fortnight. At the time of booking I ordered the Disney Ultimate 14 day tickets. We have a voucher for this, do we just exchange that at the hotel when we check in?

Also I booked some Universal tickets with Virgin last month. I’ve received their confirmation but not the tickets, should they arrive soon?

I don’t want to call Virgin because the wait times are terrible.

Not sure about your Universal Tickets - presonally I would bite the bullet and call Virgin about them despite the wait.

The Vouchers you have for your tickets can be redeemed at any of the Guest Services Kiosks outside the front of all the parks. Just roll up, hand over the vouchers and you will be presented with your tickets

If your tickets are for the same amount of time as your stay (as were ours last year) your room key acts as your park key. Virgin don't send out "hard tickets" so when you get your flight tickets etc the Universal ones will be on a computer print-out - then you take the print-out to the Customer Services desk at IOA or US.

Thanks for your replies. Just called Virgin (a mere 6 minutes wait!) and the Universal tickets should be here a week before we go. It’ll be vouchers to exchange at the Park Gate.

As you are staying at a Disney Resort you simply hand the voucher over during check-in and the 14 ticket will be put onto your plastic room cards.

As has been stated earlier Universal tickets would be collected at the guest services window at one of the parks there.
