Virgin seat reservations?

Hi all,

We've booked tickets flying next February with Virgin, and from what I can tell we can't reserve seats until we check-in unless they announce otherwise on their website.

Does this count if we want to reserve a bassinette? My baby will be 10 months old when we go, so we would really benefit from the extra space and ability to put her down if she falls asleep etc.

I just want to check that I'm not going to miss out by not calling Virgin to request the bassinette, so if anyone has any experience of booking these seats, I'd really appreciate knowing how you went about it.

Thanks,
Lizzi xx

We reserved seats with Virgin under 'manage my booking' on their website so have a look it might work, if not give them a call as Im sure they can arrange something x:love:

I would call them and request just be aware the bassinets on the 747s are the small ones (I don't know about the A330s) and DD at 9 months although well within the weight limit was almost too tall - only had about an inch to spare.

She did sleep in there a bit however getting her in and out was difficult because of where the straps are.
