Virgin seat requests - Please Help!

Me and my boyfriend have booked to go to Florida with Virgin Holidays next year leaving on 9th October.

I thought by now I would be able to make my seat requests.

I've tried putting in my booking erference on the virgin atlantic site but it won't take it.

Is it too soon?

Yes it is too early as all details are loaded about 335 days before the return flight.
