Virgin Rep and POR?

When we stayed at all stars movies, We could always pop down to reception at a set time each day if we needed to chat to a Virgin holidays rep, handy to get more phone cards etc. Is this an option at the Port Orleans riverside?

Hi when we were there sept/oct last year reps were in the bar area from around 0900 ish for the Welcome meeting ! tend to have left by 11 a lot easier than when had to travel to ASMO resort to see a rep some years ago. One tip either try to catch them before welcome meeting otherwise you may end up hanging around.

PS good choice on resort

Different resort but at CSR you only get a phone number for contacting Virgin reps, never actually on site.
