Virgin Offer . . . or Mess Up?!

Hi all

Just logged into my virgin holidays booking to add Universal tickets on. I have already paid for the holiday in full . . . I noticed they have refunded the cost of my Disney Ultimate tickets to me?! Is there some sort of special offer on where you get them free (can't see anything on the website) or am I just not going to get my tickets come May?! The call centre is shut at the minute. I also notice they have charged me an extra £25 "web excursion amendment" fee - I know they don't charge for adding on to bookings (the Universal tickets) so wondered if this could be anything to do with it?!

So confused . . . again!!

If you should have any problems with the tickets we use a company called online florida found them pretty competitively priced.

I'm really tense now! I dont know whether to call and ask whether they meant to do it, and risk them adding the cost back on, or leave it and risk the tickets not coming in May!!

they charged us £25 (or tried to!!) for change our email address. If its just the tickets I would hold off. If they come in the post brill for you if not then they are easy to get anyway. Virgin hols are hopless to deal with, I have had issues every time I use them, but unfortunatly as I can only go in school hols time they are usually the cheepest. I am having a nightmare with them at the moment as you an see on my threads orininally about seats/ now about if I even have a plane to come back on!!

I have just booked with virgin for aug 2010, i cant believe how they have under cut the tickets from the other tour operators.

i would wait till may?
