So, after having a snafu with AT&T this month messing up our DSL service when we cancelled our home phone, I ended up spending several hours on the phone (on hold mostly!) with AT&T this month. As of yesterday evening, I'm down to 12 talk minutes left on my Virgin Mobile cell phone
. Their website says my bill is due today, but they haven't removed the $$ from my account yet (I have automatic withdraw), and they haven't reset my minutes. Does anyone know when they reset?? I would just go ahead and reset my plan month, but I'm afraid that I'll get double billed (once resetting the month and once on the automatic withdraw). I may end up having to switch to unlimited talk, but I want to try one more month on 1200 minutes b/c I'm fairly sure the ridiculous amount of time I had to spend on hold with AT&T will not happen very often. Anyhow, just wondering if anyone knows how/when it resets. We've had these phones for 3 or 4 months now, and this is the first time I've ever come close to running out! --Katie
