Is anyone having trouble signing into their email? I have an ntlworld email address and everytime I try to sign it, the signing page just reloads.:confused3
 
everytime I click on mail it signs me out:confused3

I had a problem a few weeks back with my homepages they host eventually worked again but took about 5 days for them to sort. After about 2 weeks they replied to my request for help:mad: a little too late.
 
There is a problem in the next post code to mine however nothing for mine. I have just had a look around the virgin media site trying to access differeny areas and it seems to think I am trying to access from a different ISP.:confused3
 
Mine broadband is fine, I don't use the webmail interface, I just use Outlook but I have full functionality.

There is no way of understanding the cable network, both ourselves and our neighbours had it installed together years ago yet we are on different cables somehow, their TV can be down and ours OK or our internet down and theirs OK. Hopefully it will be back soon or ring them, they might be able to tell you roughly how long its down for if it is their problem.

I can't be bothered with the pain of phoning them right now, will give it a couple of days to see if it sorts it self out as don't usually check my email over the weekend anyway.
 
Just got of the phone with Virgin Media and I am now changing services. I phoned up and they claimed I owe £85 on my bill which I don't! I only have Broadband with them and if I owed that much I think I would not be online now!
 
i am with Virgin for Broadband and the service is good. However thier customer services are amongst the worst I have even come across. Thinking of moving to Sky which is our digital provider.

The customer services is awful, they must use the same staff as Virgin Holidays!!
