Do you know if they ever offer M&M flights for October which would incorporate the half term?

Planning for 2012 and I have quite a few miles so wondered if this was an option to wait for or whether to book a package as some of the deals are not that bad.

They do offer them as we have booked them before.
However they do not offer many and you need to book them pretty much as soon as they come out. They are sometimes also not as good a deal, once it was only offering us a saving of around £40pp so it wasnt worth it for us.

They are also a bit hit and miss as to when they come out. I was waiting for M+M for our dates in September and was checking their website twice a day from the date they start releasing them and nothing was offered until a few months later.

Odds are you will probably get what you want but if you find a deal your happy with i wouldnt wait around for M+M fares incase you dont get what your after.

mmmnnn - not good news for a compulsive planner :sad2:

I'd recommend looking on some of the flight capacity sites, seatguru or seatplanner I think it's called.

The more seats there are the more chance there will be offers. If the flight has no seats left, there is no way M+M fares will come up ever.

I agree with Laura as well, and this is only advice for Virgin but if you find a flight and are ok with the price book it. You're as likely to find no seats left as you are late discounts. Not worth the gamble.

Other airlines are a little different but Virgin have been cutting capacity right left and centre.
