Hi, wondering if anyone can help me.
I e-mailed Virgin's special needs department a couple of months ago to explain that youngest DD (5) has asthma. Although it's not particularly severe, it does seem worse when she stressed and/or in unfamiliar environments so I'm a little concerned about her being in the main "bulk" of the plane with all the noise etc that she's not used to. I'm probably being far to overprotective and far too cautious - I'm sure she'll be perfectly ok BUT I e-mailed them to put in a request for seats towards the front of the plane, where it might be a little quieter (last time my disabled brother came with us and we had seats in row 22 which was really quiet, just behind PE).
I haven't had a response so don't know if the e-mail was even received. Should I e-mail them again or does anyone know if rows 21-23 (ish) are available to pre-book. I realise pre-booking isn't guaranteed and we can't do it 'til September anyway!
Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions or thoughts for an overprotective mother
