Virgin Holidays closed BH Monday?

I've been trying to contact VH for a car hire quote, but get a message saying thier booking centre is now closed. I've tried various contact numbers and options, but they're all saying the same.

Do they normally close on a Bank Holiday?

I tried to contact them to pay the balance of our holiday and got the same message, oh well they got to wait til tomorrow to recieve my final payment.

I would have thought they would have been open probably 'sunday hours'.

Call centre opening times Mon - Fri 8.00am - 10.00pm
Saturday 8.30 am - 7.00pm
Sunday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Service centre opening times
Call centre opening times Mon - Fri 9.00am - 7.00pm
Saturday 9.00 am - 5.30pm
Sunday Closed

Please note Customer Relations are only open Mon-Fri between 9.00am and 5.30pm.

At least it's not just me, Wendy

Johnny - that's what I thought, so I left calling until their Sunday hours, but still no luck

Mick - what I love about this info is that they give all those options for various department numbers, then give you the opening hours for the Call Centre, Service Centre and Customer Relations, but these departments don't appear in the list of numbers (at least, not by those names)! LOL!

Oh well ...
